The Case Study Copywriter’s Mentoring Course
I’m a great believer in learning from experienced copywriters and technology marketers.
That’s why I made the decision to enroll in Casey Hibbard’s 6 month Case Study Copywriter’s Mentoring course.
That’s right! A half year of weekly calls, assignments and getting to grips with the art of storytelling as applied to customer case studies in the technology world (my niche being ‘computer networking products and services’.)
Casey’s a ten year veteran of case study copywriting, with more than 500 completed projects. And after following her blog for a while and listening to a great free teleseminar call where she gave away lots of useful info, I decided due diligence was done and I could make a decision.
This is the same process I used when checking out white paper copywriters, Mike Stelzner and Jonathan Kantor, before enrolling on their programs this year. Note to marketers: giving away useful content increases sales
From my own coaching background, I know how an experienced mentor can accelerate a student’s progress much faster than doing it on your own, or by reinventing the wheel.
So, this was a no-brainer for me, as I think case studies will become even more relevant to technology companies engaging with prospects and customers in that great big digital paddling pool we like to call web 2.0. Or even, ‘social media’.
